Still, looks a bit like they've copied and pasted it onto a background and over a smaller ship...

The green is great (and thats a blue star nearby so that should explain the hue)

The ship is in game, thats me flying it. Along with another couple of wings worth of T-Bolts....the model I had didn't have any guns so I added the 45mm Pulse and some missile points and its really great.

Lookin' good
Lookin' very good

Don't like green as a ship colour though- personal opinion... only real complaint i could make is that the textures are a little too clear - no real battle damage, but I'm assuming you'll be adding that on later...

What's the polycount, BTW?

[edit]

Took a look at the picture on b5tech.com (assuming ok source)....

it looks a tiny bit stubbier than the orginal (almost imperceptible, just a general impression), the bottom seems a bit 'fatter' - namely the slant from the end of the cockpit section to the rear wings, and the back isn't as flat (vertically).... that said, it is almost identical (I'm being really, really picky, so I can pretend to have a clue what i'm on about ) to the picture I have here.

Also, I think that yelow looks better, and more emphasises the sleekness of the model (instead of green).

So everyone can compare the WIP Thunderbolt to a 3D model from the show, to show how good the one here is.

Strip the funky wing art from that, replace the orange with green, and you've got Tomcat's work in progress model.

Well I had a Blue T-bolt for a long time now, but boy this one is simply beatifull!!! The tiger one too!! you can see the differen metalic plates color tones on the fuselage, tha gives it a special sweet look.
I think we should give the T-bolt several skins versions: Red, blue and tiger.

'my' T-bolt can fire 2of the 45mm guns and is capable of reaching 180 speed units. I also find the current nial too slow so I put it back at 200 afterburner (the old beta test version was able to do 200 also and I kind got used to it, in the demo the nial is too easy to shoot even for a standard starfury, even in INSANE level)

And I can tell you this: Its a helluva ride!!! you can race with the nials, face to tail and fire a fast guns salvo across his flight path and BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!! however the nial is still a better, its top speed combined with its guns...pfff unstopable.
When this T-bolt baby come out get ready for some serious furballs. its realy a crazy and fast dogfights.

Only 1 tiny differences - the orange 'joins' where the wing points in the opposite direction are extruded on the b5tech piccy - I think.

(DELTED- perspective error!)

[edit] Actually, the Thunderbolt is a bit similar to my Claymore Mk.II concetp, so I'll have to change that now [/edit]
