I'm new to the babylon project, i'm trying to play the heatem up campaign. I have the downloaded files, i'm trying to get them extracted into the game i dont know what i'm doing wrong. I go to extract files and press browse. I cant find where to put the files in. I pick freespace in the drive. But that just shows d:/.
If anybody could help me i would apreciate it very much thanks

I reckon it goes in the freespace\data\missions directory and welcome to the forums.

Welcome

To play the b5 Heat em up campaign you need to extract :

Missions - fs2/data/missions/

Personas - fs2/data/voice/personas/

Briefing - fs2/data/voice/briefings/


You also need to make sure that you have donloaded and extracted dens ship pack.


I will be uploading a new mission pack at the end of the week with a really cool 4 round survival mode. These missions are much improved to the 10 mission demo pack.

1. You'll need FS2 Open to install Heat Em Up. There is a link below which will help you install it.

2. You'll need the TBP second release. You probably have this but Heat em up is not a stand alone mod. It requires several other mods to work. If you haven't got it go to [URL=http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/babylon/]The TBP website[/URL]

3. Install TBP to a folder called TBP in your FS2 folder. Instead of installing to the folders that madaboutgames suggested install to

Missions - Freespace2/TBP/data/missions/

Personas - Freespace2/TBP/data/voice/personas/

Briefing - Freespace2/TBP/data/voice/briefings/

When setting up the launcher before playing click on the select mod button and point it at your TBP folder.

Doing things this way round allows you to play Heat em up but swap back to FS2 with a single click of a button
