Prompt, please, with it files. Where can I get the MINBARI COMMAND *.ANI for HUD; or how can I create it files.

There is no Minbari Command ani for HUD messages. There is following thou:
capcomm_1_MINBARI.ani (Female Warrior capship)
capcomm_2_MINBARI.ani (Male Warrior capship)
capcomm_Delenn.ani (Delenn capship)
pilot_MINBARI.ani (Minbari fighter pilot)

Making ani wont be as easy, first make frames at 160x120, get aniview and anibld, open excisting ani with aniview and extract one frame, then copy its palette. Then load that palette on all of your ani frames and then save them with ...0000.pcx (such as minbcomm0000.pcx, minbcomm0001.pcx etc.) and always add one number to mark number of frame. Then go to anibld, select first frame and anibld should take care of rest, and then we hope it works
