I discovered a way to convert .DXF to truespace which doesn't stuff up freespace!

Ok open 3dexplore open your .dxf and then save it as a .geo/.peo homeworld file.
Open the new file then convert that to .cob Open in truespace and work on model then convert to freespace. It eliminates all problems with converting .DXF files including the weird triangles sticking out of model bug.
