Speaking of Fred, how does one add a JumpNode? The documents say its as simple as adding a ship but I've got one problem. There JumpNode isn't on the dropdown list. I think it's supposed to be between Waypoing and Shivan Comm Node but all that's there is a big fat empty space which pastes Comm Nodes.


Ah bugger, this was supposed to be in my other thread. Oh well

Upgrade to FS2 1.2

If you're using the HotU version you'll have to get onto the FTP server (link in my FAQ) and get the exe files you need.

This has happened to me on more occasions than one. Make sure you don't have any odd or conflicting tables.

Well I played the Warzone campaign which adds the GTE Vidar, but I renamed the ships.tbl to ships.war or something afterwards so I shouldn't have any conflict. But the patch seems to have worked just great! thanks.

Ugh! Now I can't get something to be scanned in the dang mission. I want a shivan unit scanned, I gave it cargo, it's SCANABLE, it even has a primary objective which is validated. But whenever I get close enough it wont scan. What the heck?

Make sure 'Cargo-known' is UNchecked
