Fix for B5-Speech-1_1.vp packaging error.

Due to a boneheaded manuever on my part (what to expect from a closet minbari ) I accidentally messed up the path's in the speech-1_1 vp the "/voice" part was mission from "/data/voice/folder" causing the sounds not to work. This patch (780K) fixes that easily.

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/alliance/TBP-Speech-1_1-to-1_1_1.exe?download

This is the first of the true patches, unlike the 1.1 to 2.0 patch this is a pure patch (the faults in the 1.1 patch is because we were switching from files to vps, creating a vp on the fly easily can mess up it's "footprint" and have everything else die from there).

In rare cases some systems are known to have md5 failures even when it successeds - if md5 failure occurs view the "Details" of the patch process and you will see the "md5 -cSOME MD5 some file.vp" manually run the md5 utility (which is residing there due to the failure preventing deletion) and check it - if it's the same then simply disable the md5 checking in the patch and proceed - it should work anyway (See Footnote)

-----------------
Footnote: If you should have to disable md5 checking I am afraid that I cannot gaurantee the contents of your vps are valid. Systems that return false md5 failures are having problems with program pipes, which is a symptom of general system instability and faulty runtime dlls - no fault of my own, and if i could find a way to fix it I would, but I can only work so many miracles in a month, and the budgets up for May

Thread stuck until 2.01 patch is released.

As far as I know, there is only one mission with R2 which uses speech vp. And that is Battle of Jericho 3, second mission of the Mists of Fire campaign.

when the 2.x port of the Minbari War comes out it should use it all

Here is an explaination of the Speech packs version numbers

each speech pack has three part version numbers: Major Version, Minor Version, MicroVersion

the Major Version and Minor Version correspond to the TBP release that this soundpack accompanies, then the minor version is the revision of the pack

IE B5-Speech-1_1.vp is Major Ver: 1, Minor Ver: 1, MicroVer: 0 - Corresponds to TBP 1.1

B5-Speech-1_1_1.vp has the same major, minor, and corresponds to TBP 1.1 - but it's Micro Version is now 1, meaning that it's the second released version of the TBP 1.1 Speech Pack

The same will go for the b5 Missions packs

Usually moderator options are only visible if you have that priviledge. Not sure if that's 100% the case with VBulletin cause I've never been a moderator or admin on a VBulletin based board.
