Well, I'd have thought the Centari would use things like...
Glorious
Pride of Ragesh IV
Victory
Emperor Kalo
Majestic
Potentate
The Narn would I suspect be more along the lines of Narn personal names.
Just my thoughts

Wasn't the name of the Primus mentioned, that should take "soon to be emperor" molari to Centauri Prime?
The one that exploded due to an "accident" = sabotage.
But I don't remember which name it was.

The Centauri need to have latin, greco, and roman influence in there names. For the Narn if some one who could right a C++ program that randomly generated words with N A Q ' and what ever else we saw in narn names, that will do for the narns.

Following Narn and Centauri war ship names were said in B5:
Valerius (Primus)
G'Tok (G'Quan)
Na'Fal (G'Quan)
That's all.

I'm sure there's a Narn ship with the name: The Centauri will die in a most un-pleasent fashion," in Narnish.

I think that would be like a French ship being named the Pride of Algiers.

I know - but it's the kind of "Totally ignoring the actual circumstances" attitude that I feel the Centari display, at least prior to the death of Turhan.

I like your reasoning. You're totally won me over. It's a great name. Besides, it's worth having in any mission for comedy value alone.

Maybe they name the ships after their gods and emperors (those where the first isnt the case ).
Someone remember the episode with the Centauri party? There were some Centauri gods mentioned.
And how do the Vree name their ships? Or do they name them at all?

Do we count Zug? I never do, but...
Oh, and it's Ragesh 3.
