1.)Will the Midwinter replace the Hyperion? Or will both classes be there.

2.)Will the weapons and ship selection screens be avaliable? Or are there isn't enough weapons and ships...

1.) Both the Midwinter and Hyperion will be available. One will not supplant the other.

2.) That depends on a number of factors. One is whether or not the interface art for all of the flyable/usable ships and weapons is completed in time. Another is whether or not the option to choose your ship and loadout is given by the mission designer in a particular mission.
