I replied in the Summonerheads forum!
But I might as well post it here... I guess...

Right now my best threesome is Maia, Neru and Iari. Just because they're so levelled. Maia and Neru are a destructive melee team. If Attack Magic is needed then Maia or Summon provides. If Status Cure is ever needed then Neru provides. And if either of them are badly hurt they just use Recover. Iari needs no attention whatsoever. She quite literally never gets hurt, and her ranged attacks have become super powerful. They're almost too solid as a team, because the funnest part of taking them into the Arena on Survival is finding creative ways to commit suicide when I get tired.

For the entire Labrinth of the Guardians quest, my team was Maia, Sangaril, and Yago. Now that group was challenging. But also fun, cause it required a lot of smart strategy and switching between characters.

When she needs to level, I like taking Sangaril on solo missions (ditching my poor teamates at the entrance, lol) into various areas and trying to complete them on Stealth, using only Backstab. It makes me feel like a badass assassin.

Well personally Maia, Sangaril, and Neru are my favorite. First is Maia because she is very easy to control and is also very strong. Second is Sangaril because she can use stealth attacks and pick locks. Third is Neru because he is great at healing and he is also very strong at physical attacking.

I also like Irai because she is a very powerful attacker and has a ton of HP.

I never used Yago, Krobalus, or the guy you get in the arena with the hammar. Mostly because Yago and Krobalus are weak and the guy you get in the arena dies so quickly.

My favs are Maia, has over 2k hp-- extremely powerful (inferno proc weapon)
Yago, has a complete heal =D
Iari- has over 5k hp =D hits for over 300 a shot on hardest of enemies

i use morbazan (can consume a hardnuts soul when 3/4 kiled)
maia as she can summon and heal
and iari coz a lv10 green gem with lv5 black give her 3000hp and 500-3000 attack damage
