 S2: Seeds/Plants

So far I've planted 3 seeds.
1. In Indabul depths
2. The rocks near the shipwreck
3. Under the shady tree at Maridin Pass (excuse spelling).
I can't find where the other 2 are suppose to be planted.

Besides that how the hell do I harvest the plants?

I also got Dung Beetles and a Blue Dust (fertilizer?) would these be any help?
