Thumbs up Nice work all!!!!

Hi all,
Im new here..just discovered this place last week. I stumbled across this MOD while reading another forum. Someone had mentioned it and I came and took a look.

It looks so incredible that Ive searched all over to find a copy of Freespace 2. I had no luck at any retail stores, so finally got one on Ebay, hopefully it will arrive next week.

Cant wait to play Babylon project.

Just wanted to say awesome work to all involved. The screenshots look absolutely incredible. Being a B5 fan I also want to say thank you to all of you who are making this happen.

I remember how hurting i was when I learned that the babylon 5 game was cancelled by Sierra( i think it was Sierra)..and now I am so excited again about playing in the B5 universe!!!

When you do get FS2 make a copy of your freespace2/Data drawer before you install the B5 mod. That way you can simply rename the drawers to play the unmodded version of FS2 as well (And FS2 itself is well worth playing too)

fs2_open 3.3 has support for multiple mods at same time, you can start them using command switch -mod X where X is name of data-folder which has this mod installed.

Example, you want to play TBP, you create a shortcut to fs2_open 3.3, then you open properties, there is "Target" which is for example: D:\Games\FreeSpace2\fs2_open 3.3, you can add "-mod tbp" after fs2_open 3.3 without quotes.
Should look like this: "D:\Games\FreeSpace2\fs2_open 3.3" -mod tbp

Then when you launch fs2_open 3.3 from this shortcut, it will look for data folder named as "tbp".

FreeSpace2\data (normal data-folder, original FS2)
FreeSpace2\tbp (tbp data-folder)
FreeSpace2\bwo (blackwater operations data-folder)
FreeSpace2\fsport (fs port data-folder)

And all you need to do is to make a shortcut to fs2_open for each mod. Don't forget to add -mod modfolder
