When Parker has to exit through the sub bay, there is a sub hanging from the ceiling. The door to the control room will not open. Is the switch to lower the sub in the control room and if so how do I get in. If not, where is the switch.

And there is a switch up on the top of the crane holding the sub up, but I prefer making my own door to the control room.

There is a switch, use either an explosive charge or the rocket launcher to blow a hole in the control room wall.
Then enter control room, and throw the switch.
