Flash MX Tutuorials???

Does anyone know where I can get good quality Flash MX tutorials on both Web Building using Flash and Animation for the Web using Flash?

Thats what I've been using mostly. Flash is an interesting program. Its quirky. Some stuff works, some stuff you have to do some work on to get it to work...and sometimes it decides to do something entirely on its own. I haven't figured it all out...but the end result is very cool indeed
