putting iari together?

please help...
i have all the pieces, i'm currently located in the wheel of the perduellion and i can not find the one who will reassemble iari for me.

this is getting frustrating

you have both arms both legs the torso and the mask?

if so talk to the white masks near the middle of the river of light (perduallian wheel section) they are two standing facing each other, they are at the VERY middle of that section, where a staircase leads down into a rainbow colored warp pad, they put her back togather you must be wearing the blue (perduellian) mask.
