Not bad. That water reflection (deja vu...) effect is da bomb, and so were the facial animations. Talk about high poly...
It was kinda like Thief with guns.
Creepy. They practically released the UT2K3 and NOLF2 demos at the same time. Now, today (Sept 20th), both games have gone gold.

That Siberia level got kind of addictive. The AI is some nifty stuff. I'd been sticking to the shadows and running from alley to alley for cover when one of the patrolling Russian guards noticed fresh footprints in the snow. He managed to track me all the way over to my secluded little corner before I could silence him.
Nice how you can turn out the lights in some rooms too. Not so nice when the aforementioned guards turn them back on in their search for you though. And when you play on Normal difficulty, your chances of surviving a run-and-gun rampage seem to decline swiftly.

And those dialogues...
It's cool how Monolith has made the whole Siberia level. You have to watch your step in the darkness that you won't trip into any bottles.
BTW. Use the electric stunner to that Haroki-san (or whatshisname on the first level) and carry him to the vicinity of the ninjas. That guy is a total bad-ass.
I should've never tried the demo. Now it left me a thirst... oh, how I wish that it would be the first week of October already. But in my luck NOLF2 ships into Finland at the end of October.

A bit morbid
I tried that trick on Hatori-san, the second Japanese agent you meet. As soon as I zapped him with the tazer he groaned and started to slump to the floor. Abruptly I was met with the menu screen saying "Hatori-san's pacemaker failed. He's dead." LOL
