Need help with Proxima mission!

Could anyone please shed some light on how to progress in the "Proxima, Oh Proxima" mission by Flounder?! At the start, after arriving at the station to scan it, nothing happens!

yeah, i had the same problem you did, at first. Turns out you have to target the station's SUBSYSTEMS, and scan about four of them to get the mission moving.
