I need to know where to get a program for creating VP files.
I know they exist but im too lazy to look.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you have PCS you already have it! If not get hold of [URL=http://alliance.sourceforge.net/FS2Kit.shtml]The Alliance Productions FreeSpace 2 Kit[/URL] and you'll find the program there.
