Lightwave

okay, not sure if this is related to tbp but i don't know any other forum closer to my topic...

-i've been trying to make lightwave movies, and im getting used to the controls, but im not sure what i'm doing wrong when redering it....is it supposed to take 15 minutes to render a 5 second scene !?

-btw, sry if this is like spam or something.....

15 minutes for a 5 second scene is entirely possible. Depends on the scene complexity, your computer, and how many FPS you've set it to.

15 minutes for a 5 second scene is entirely possible. Depends on the scene complexity, your computer, and how many FPS you've set it to.

And don't ask for specifics. I understand the theories, but I have no experience in Lightwave.

Ask someone like Reaperman (he hangs around here sometimes).

When making Star Wreck, it takes them sometimes as much as 1 hour to render a single frame.
