Whee! Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones

The cinemas are all booked up. The last seat was booked JUST before I got to the front of the line. Argh. I'll be watching the film tomorrow, then.
What do you lot think of the film?

Star Wars II wont come to avarage cinemas here in Norway before the 22. It is only a few cinemas that sends it today, but it costs 60 NOK pr ticket! No thank you, I think I wait untill the price has gone down a little. One thing is for sure; I`m going to watch it as soon as possible. Maby even before the 22, as I dont think I can stand the wait. 60 NOK isnt so much, but its enough to wait a few days for the price to lower.
I have heard its a pretty good film, and as I am a die-hard Star Wars fan; I am going to see it in the near future...

I saw it at midnight (GMT) on Thursday (saw it before pretty much everyone in the US- that's a first). It is amazing, it's brilliant in IMO it's on a par with ESB or quite possibly the best of the lot.

Well my opinion on the scheme of things Star Wars:
1. A New Hope
2. Attack of the Clones
3. Empire Strikes Back/The Phantom Menace
4. Return of the Jedi

Clones was great, Dooku I liked because Christopher Lee is a bad ass (just like the guy who plays Tarkin).

The romance dialogue wasn't too chesy when compared to the other films, Jar Jar had a minor part of the plot, and there's a good balance between action and "little kid stuff" as well as good pacing for the way the scenes are intended.

Now I've never understood the whole Bobba Fett thing, but I thought that the whole Jango Fett deal was worked out pretty well. When against Samuel L. Jackson you loose, no matter how cool some acne ridden fans who dream of Natalie Portman's belly-button like the guy...

I agree. AoTC is great. I'm so glad I work at a movie theatre now because I get to watch the ending sequence (um.. you'll know what I'm talking about) and laugh my ass off about 3 times a night. Here's my top five:

1. Empire Strikes Back
2. Attack of the Clones
3. A New Hope
4. Return of the Jedi
5. Phantom Menace

Actually, something he did in Ep II was crucial to the whole Star Wars storyline.

EDIT: Ashrack, try to use full stops more often.

Loved the movie, definately better than Episode I. Yoda kicked ass, clones and Jango Fett were also cool. Most I like the big battle between droids and Jedis.

Very good film

First and only time we will see Yoda in action?

Next movie will be dark, very dark when the emperor will hunt down all jedis and bring darkness to the republic, will be intressting to how Anakin will be turn to the dark side,

Exclamation Mas Spoilers

It'll probably come down to something where the emperor discovers Padme as his weakness so he takes here (much like Spiderman).. then Anakin gets all pissy about it and kills lots and lots.. then.. he's evil or something.
