I was going through the audio.vpp and noticed there were quite a few sound bytes that I had never heard before. One in particular had to do with the med labs (right after the suppression bot mission). I loaded up that mission, got the disguise coat and went to one of the doctors. They were talking about organs. I followed the nurse and the nurse told me where to get the box of organs. I went on to the next part of the level and searched around for doctors to give this to. I found a doctor and gave them the organ box. I was like "hah" because I didn't know of any alternate mission accomplishments.

Anybody else know of any other extras like this?

No, and that is really not an extra, all it does is let you get the key from that one guy without having to shoot all the guards. I think that is the only thing like that as well.
