Many times I have seen people who thinks that with large post counts, comes respect. They were so wrong, one guy got banned for rest of his life because he thought he should be an Admin with post count of 10000 posts (Yes, that's an insane amount of spam!)
I hope that everyone here at VWBB understands, and don't do same mistakes as this poor guy who got banned.

Exactly, I've seen people become mods in other forums after only 100 posts because they show that they are mature and know their stuff (and get lucky with a mod position being vacant). The point is that only one person cares about post counts and that is yourself. If it is important to you then all power to you. Personally I have been chugging along and could have made 1000 a long time ago if I had desired. I pride myself in making intelligent contributions to threads (well mostly anyway) and really like this board as most people seem to share the same train of thought.

That was the point. Firstly he asked about this at the forums when he got the magical 10000 post count, he was rejected for good reason (he's was an idiotic spammer). Then he begun to flame the boards and filled admins emails with spam. That's how he managed to get banned for rest of his life. Poor bastard, he was uttely moron.
He was even temporarily banned, was it three times... or something for his spamming. I am not even sure if he noticed it, as he ever said a word about the matter, he just continued when ban went off.
And Ashrak, I didn't told this because I think you're spammer, I told this because I don't want you to become one and because I want you to know for sure that post count does not matter, it is the content of posts.
If you have spammed few times, it is not serious yet. We are here for fun anyways.
