Interlack is a language, known almost all races or at least major races. I think it is English or it is near English...

It is somekind dimplomatic language: easy to learn, easy to translate, etc...

English is a screwed up language!!!

I hate it, esp all the stupid grammer rules! Every single rule for grammer there is a exception!
Of course I was born where everyone uses its, and screws it up somemore. Can give ya 3 guesses where thats at.

Back to Interlack, as far as I know its based on scientific principles and other stuff like that. Thats as much as I know, I think

I think interlack is a very basic language. Perhaps based on numbers like ASCII or perhaps elements (which correspond to numbers which correspond to letters and symbols). Its very basic so any pattern analyser would pick it up quickly and then the ships computer would be able to turn it into spoken speech (if necessary).

It's grammar.

And I have to say English is one of the most convoluted languages to learn. Thankfully I'm a native speaker, so it comes easily to me.

Did you know that english has a mixture of greek and latin in it and interlack most probably is a form of basic mathematics that every race knows and their computer translate it to a base language...

English is a very easy language to learn. But Finnish... heh, I have spoken finnish all my life and can't undertand a jack about all the grammar rules.
