what does the command line -voodoo do? (V input appreciated)
Anyone know what the command line -voodoo do? I mean are any settings changed? (I have read the readme, but it doesnt explain how it works).
I have a Voodoo 5500, the RF setup recognise it as a Voodoo5 5500 AGP, and the game runs just fine, but I sometime get temporary lockups in the multiplayer-menu (5-30 seconds). This only happens in the menu, never in-game. When I use the -voodoo command line in setup this problem doesnt appear as often (i think...). I'm curious what the command line -voodoo does (maybe something like forcing 16 bit textures or similar??), dont want image quality to be lowered (what? you say I should be able to see if that happens... duh... ).
Any ideas? Fafner
