Stopping the Bomb

I'm having trouble stopping the timer on the bomb where EOS is tied up on the floor.

Any hints or suggestions would be appreciated.

Press the arrow keys on your keyboard. Or click on the arrows at the bottom of the screen.

There are two codes that you need to input with arrows to defuse the bomb.
There are two code sequences with the same rules. If you type in a key correctly, it will show up. If you type in the next key correctly it will show up too and so on until you get one wrong. If you get one key wrong, all the arrows in that sequence will disappear, but they will remain the same so you can type those keys in again except for the one you got wrong, which you then have to change.
If you type in an arrow correctly and the next one is wrong, type in the first arrow again and then try a different second key. Repeat until you get second key right. Then type in the first two keys correctly and try any thrid key. If it is wrong, do it again with a different third key.

It is actually very simple. Just type fast and you'll do it. Often, the same key comes up four times in a row, so always try the previous key first.

I love that part of the game.

Thanks for your effort, but I'd figured all that out on the first dozen failures. I guess I don't have the patience for these type of challenges.

I was hopping someone had discovered a pattern, procedure, or other easy way to get pass it.

How many correct guesses do you need in the second sequence?

Do you have to do anything else, or once you finish the 2nd sequence does the program automaticly continue with the game?

Emos I compleated it by writing down the symbols on a piece of paper once I got them.

Once you finish there is a cutscene sequence with Parker Flirting BADLY with "Eos". Who incedentaly has a nice Face not plauge ridden.

then some Earth defence ships come to there rescue and RF ends.

Fozzy, why did you post that?
And no, I have found no pattern except that the game loves putting four of the same symbols in a row. If I get on to a new symbol, I always try the symbol I have just used first.

Just type quickly. It's not hard. I don't consider it part of the game relly, I just see it as something put in there to scare you while you are feeling triumphant.
And it worked on me.
