Memoryleaks in Summoner or just me that sucks?
After playing Summoner for a while (20 mins?) the games starts to go slower and slower until unplayable.
I've played the game with both Voodoo 3 (16mb) and Geforce 2 mx (32 mb) and it's the same problem with both cards.
Here are my specs:
P2 450 mhz, 256 mb sdram, Soundblaster Audigy and at the moment i'm using my Voodoo 3 (Summoner looks sooo much better with it!)
I've installed the game on a newly defragmented harddrive and i have 1gb free on that one...

Tower of Eleh (where i'm at the moment...) seems to be especially bugged... The game starts to stutter the second i start my savegame there, no matter what details i have.
If someone knows what i can do to make this stop, then please tell me! I beg of you! (I'll buy you a "piggelin" if you live in the Stockholm area...)

Are you running the latest patch? You can grab it by either clicking "Update" on the launcher or failing that I'm sure Summoner Watch has the file mirrored on their site.

Of course i'm running with the latest patch! And the latest drivers for all my hardware.
I've had this problem with all versions.

Yeah....it takes me about 2 and a half hours but it seems to get slower and slower. Probably the huge amount of RAM that helps

I once had a program that purged my RAM every so often; it helped immensely when I had FS2 on a P2 350 with 32megs ram. Don't remember what it was called though.

i think i found a solution...
if the game starts to studder or slow down, lagg, try quitting the game and restarting every 20 minutes or so.
the next best idea would be to upgrade your PC, but that could get costly. A RAM upgrade should suffice.

I already have cacheman and mpower to defragment my ram... And i have 256 megs of sdram btw... So it shouldn't slowdown because of that if you ask me!
Come on! Whoever solves the problem gets an icecream!

Its not in any store around here, nor was it seemingly in any store when the thing was released. Seems THQ forgot about southern Ontario. Nobody here has even heard of it....so I'll probably have to order online....but I'm also one of those "University type students" who hasn't had any time or money to go out and find it anyways. So give me a bit of a break here.
