I have NO secondary weapons in any missions. I cannot find where the derlict maps are so I can edit missles in. Anyone have any ideas?

I didn't design or play it, so I don't know ... however, it might not be a "problem" rather it could be a "feature" ... as in, the designers wanted you to have no missiles. Just a guess though.

Im stuck on a mission where you are required to hit a ship with a TAG missle. I think its a bug

deleete the weapons TBL and youll be ok had the same problem with orig FS2 camp when added stuff to the TBL.

rename your current weapons.tbl to something like !weapons.tbl, and copy back the original weapons.tbl (or the original for that mod). Just deleting it, sometimes, doesnt work.
