Eternal Vigilance doesn't mean that you have to harp on it all the time. Thousands of people are dead, a landmark has been destroyed, and millions of people have been affected directly or indirectly (physically and mentally). I know we have to acknowledge it (6th month aniversary, sure ok) and we have to think about it and have it as a lesson for the future, but it doesn't at this point, have to pervade everything that we do.

Political message or not "go about your daily lives" works for me.

I couldn't agree more with you, Icey. I am just as sick of hearing about it as you are. But the fact remains that while you should go about your lives, you really can't forget. History shows that the ignorant make the same mistake over and over again. I don't know about you ... but I sure as hell don't want to see this repeated.

Well were also in the middle of a little war (more precisely a number of wars) which is all centered around this one attack,
it is the big thing,
we have gotten back to normal,
or as close to it as we can,
perhaps a little too normal,
but there is no going back to the way things were before,
we aren't gona shut up until we have beaten down all those little rogue countries that have been blaming there problems on us for the last forty years,
we are no longer complacent.
The attacks are still fresh in our minds and we are still pissed,
and you people from other countries,
our allies,
telling us to get over it,
to settle down,
Well we tried that,
for the last ten years when ever we got hit we just shrugged it off and ignored them,
we aren't gona just sit on our asses any more,
they wanted a Jihad there gona get one,
they will see which side God is fighting on,
we will one by one knock out each of these regimes and free the masses being held down, yes these are entire nations being held hostage by a few religious zealots,
they will be happy when we kill Sadam, just like they were happy when we flattened the Talaban,
Iran, Iraq, Semolia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Yemen, will all ether be ripped down and rebuilt or feel which way the wind is blowing and change,
Were not kidding this time,
We won't quit
Even if we have to win this war on our own

I don`t want to use too pathetic words, but I don`t know whetherI`ll manage or not.

Yes, you` re fighting the terrorist and it IS good.War in Afghanistan was right, no matter what some politicians say.
Here, in Europe, it is well seen to speak and not to act. I cannot agree with that point, it doesn`t work in the case of terrorists and fanatics.
It didn`t stop Hitler.
Good that now osama and other have met the response.

I speak in my own name, but also my friends and many, many people in here, in Poland.
We can`t do much, but we`re beeing with you.
