Is there going to be a TBP user-created mission section in this website in the near future?

Also, is there any site that is currently hosting TBP user-created missions out there on the net?

More importantly, will the smileys ever be in full colour again?

I kinda like the one-coloured smileys...they make the VWBB look a bit more serious...not...like a child-forum.
