multiplayer for in the begining i think you mean TBP
and i don't think so if (notice BIG IF) someone host's a standalone then please play but nobody here seems to want to play TBP online cause not many multyplayer missions

ignore my non-english speaking friend...

what he means is, there are currently no standalone servers, so you'll have to ask someone to play with you. Hopefully someone willing to play online will reply with a time and date.

How about we get a mission agreed/created (simple multiplayer one) and get a time and date organised? We could even make it regular (e.g. Every Thursday night) if enough people want to. I for one would love to and would be free almost any time, suggestions of times and people willing to host would be appreciated

yes this is what i'd like to see, a nice team vs team mission

how about this :

a team vs team mission - simply destroy the enemy hyperion before they destroy yours, each team has 4 star fury's , hyperions could be set not to attack each other, but attack enemy fighters...

and simply an all out dogfight around a hyperion , nova , orion station

these shouldnt take too long to setup

so is anyone willing to make them ?

The Hyperions better be set to attack each other...go past....and turn around and attack each other again.

If you want to find each other, how about all meeting in an IRC chat room ?

So , in the status window of your IRC client you enter :
/server irc.dal.net
/join #b5-tbp

Let this be our TBP chatroom if nobody disagrees.
Now , was this such a big problem ?
There you can exchange missions , chat and pass on IP numbers.
