... on the 3D Downloads webpage I get this error,"Warning: Can't connect to MySQL server on megatron.telefragged.com (111) in includes/connect.php3 on line 16
Unable to connect to database." What the hell does that mean?

Well somewhere in the php script you are using an sql-connect command. When this command doesn't return true (or whatever) you get a php-error. The database server seems to be down. Or the ip-number is incorrect.
A year back i was part in developing a web-based network monitoring system that used mysql and php scripting. The we got these kind of errors frequently.
