Now now children, there's no need to fight. 
BWO...well, as you can see, insults aside, on the page that Blackwater Operations, to give the full title is a campaign about the 101st Blackwater squadron. You are Aidan Mallory, squad leader, and for once you actually have a role, personality and dialogue in the mission. Hopefully we're going to involve many other characters in the campaign as well, from Admirals Kepler and Cole to your wingmates.
The campaign itself takes in the return to Sol as the main theme. The events, in most ways revolve around the central plank of the GTI Charon, the new portal into Sol and a centre of trade. Another major new vessel is the GTD Golgotha, the next evolution in destroyer technology. Specifications on that vessel can be found on the site, and we'll be adding information on new GTVA ships, as well as the new ships of the Terran faction, as we get along.
The campaign should be about 40 missions long. However, because it branches and there are two endings you'll not see them all on one play-through. There should also be some mutability to the missions so that they're not totally rigid and events in one affect how others play out. So hopefully, it should be pretty replayable.
And yes, we have a demo planned. It's going to be three or four missions long, and the missions will not be part of the main campaign. It'll deal with some backstory.
