Autocad

If anyone has Autocad Mechanical Realese 5 (or any other autocad mechanical) I need your help! Heres the problem, when I'm in top,bottom or side veiws and try to draw or move an object it only moves in a strait line, across, does anyone know how to fix this?

autocad is used for drafting and architecture(that can't be spelled right... lol)
what use is autocad in freespace?

i suggest you ask this question on a board just for autocad...

I think autocad generates .dfx files for 3D modeling, and there is a way to put them into FS2. None of this is solid, I am just going by something I think I remembered.

I use it desinging parts of machenery, I have to reinstall it to fix the problem. The files are .dwg, can only be used in autocad. I'd like to know what type truespace uses so I can send it to them for textures and to put it in FS2.
