I am recruting people for my Drakh campian, there are many positions to be filled.These are the positions to be filled.

Animations-cut-scenes,briefing
Script writer
Campain maker-(fits all the missions together)
mission designer
voice actors
concept artist(preferably able to make ships for the camapian)
Table editor
Tell you when I think of more positions

Recruiting a team is something that is supposed to happen AFTER complete script is done. Is that the case ?
