B5: A call to arms will be on again...

...this time on RTP1 the main channel of my country so if theres any spanish (close to me )here or anyone else that can synthonise with this channel stay tunned because this moovie will be on 9 of september afternoon (not sure what time exactly). It wont be on in RTP international (broadcasted to the hole world) just RTP1.
I saw a brief announcement of it showin a white bearded guy watcing a ring of fire opening and Za'ha'dum was behind it.
Finnaly I will watch A b5 moovie thaey arent for sail here woooohooo!!!
How would you rate it? does it have massive battles? is it a separate moovie or a bunch of episodes put together? ani pics of the combats here? whats the general story? (dont tell me everything!!!! )

a call to arms links crusade with the end of season 5

its a good tv movie......could be more fighting but generally its a good episode. you see a nice warlock at the end though


its about the drakh attacking earth...it has that battle


it also introduces galen.....its like crusade but with the old characters :P

Lemme see, the only ships I remember seeing in A Call to Arms are the two Victorys (Excalibur and Victory), a couple White Stars, a Sharlin, maybe a dozen Omegas, lotsa Star Furys and Thunderbolts, the Shadow Planet-killer, Drakh cruisers/fighters/plague carriers, and I think the Technomage shuttle. If someone can give me an idea of what a Warlock looks like, maybe I'll recognize it next time...provided it's there, of course

When the Excalibur and EA ships are fleeing the dying death cloud, there is a particular shot with the Excalibur in the center, with two Omegas sort of at the top, and a Warlock near the bottom of the shot, all flying left on the screen.


Ok that's all I have to say about that. Maybe I post a screenie.

Edit: Yep, for some reason WMP seems a pain to get print screen caps from, but other programs work fine, so here is what I got:

So that's what a Warlock looks like. That's a first for me.

I usually have to see a movie 2 or 3 times through to catch all the details (especially what happens in the background)

Well, whenever I get my DVD player, the B5 movies will be the first I'll buy.

DIE MICRO$HAFT!!!!!

I hate Media Player. I download the movie, tell it to play it, it gives me some garbage that the format isn't supported. So I install WMP 7.1, and it'll play except for the video!!!

You need to find the DivX codec. I'm not really sure where to get it right now, but a quick search on google could probably help ya.

The Warlock is in another scene.

It fires a swarm of missiles from its launchers and then a WhiteStar blasts a bunch of Drakh ships to bits and flys towards the camera.

I found that last night, I can post a picture once I get back from class. Sigh....why was I idiotic enough to schedule an 8AM class???

Ok, here it is. It's not a very good shot of it, as it's pretty dark and a bit close, but you can sort of make out the missile rack. About a second later it is launching missiles.
