Your almighty gods at Volition are offering to make one of you mortals a god yourself. That's right, Volition is hiring a concept artist. As always, relocation to beautiful (:rolleyes Champaign, IL is required for the job.

Here's the stuff they want you to send in and the requirements and junk:

Responsibilities:

• Create lifelike pencil, pen, marker renderings of characters and locations
  
• Work from written and verbal descriptions
  
• Work with senior/lead artists to maintain the established look of the game

Qualifications:

• Fantastic drawing & hand-rendering skills. Both mechanical and organic/character work preferred.
  
• Fluent knowledge of Photoshop
  
• 3D skills are a big plus, 3DS MAX experience even better

Sample Work Required:

• 2D/flatwork, original or clean photocopies. Color preferred.
  
• Web page samples. List all pertinent URLs.

Yep, so that's the just of it. If you're like me and have next to zero artistic talent at all, you probably shouldn't apply. However, if you feel you are ready to be bestowed the honor of being extremely l33t, maybe you should apply. For more info, head on over to Volition's employment page.
