It still looks a tad like a tiled mess honestly. But the design makes up for it. I'd say if you were to do the plating on it, give it that new style military armor plating that curves and bends in places so its not a total straight line peiece of armor (you can still make the texture repeat). I wish I could texture...I suppose I could try and make the plating. Someday

Well actually with a ship this big its very hard to do a skin job that doesnt look repetative(tiled). I made several different texture maps but they all looked bad The biggest trouble I had is getting the geomitry working right then getting the UV spaced textures turned the right way.
