Another stupid question..................

Here is another stupid question. Can you in any way recreate the pulsating lights on the front of Earth Force ships(like an Omega class destroyer)?

bah, you guys can do it if you wanted to!
heres how:

Make the tip of the antanna a weapon thingy, and make it fire a weapon with a lifetime of sayyy, .5 seconds, and no speed, no damage. when it fires it will look like the flashing light, AND cast light on nearby objects!

(OK, so it's cheating, but possible no?)

Sounds like a bit of a big, inconvenient workaround for something so small. Anyways, when I'm trying to surgically remove the weapons of an Omega I don't want to be targetting those little lights on the destroyer.

Plus it ties up the .tbl file with more unnecessary weapon types.
