While it's *possible* to run over people in any vehicle, the only ones I've done it with so far are the APC and the aircraft. The driller is pretty darn slow, but if you work at it you can probably corner a dumb guard. Doing it in the sub would be even more interesting. You'd have to do one of those "killer whale coming up on the beach to grab the seal" bits to run over a guard in that.

On a fun note, I have managed to run *myself* over with my own APC a couple of times. When you exit the APC, you leave from the same spot you entered (to enter, you go up to the vehicle and press the Use key; it prevents you from getting killed while you hunt around for the hatch, open the hatch, and close it). A couple of times I entered from the front and then was tooling around in the APC and hopped out while it was still moving. Crunch, shriek, oops. I've since learned to keep my arms and legs fully inside the vehicle until it comes to a complete stop.
