Got 6 meg DSL over here. Of course, it never gets anywhere near that fast, but it could if the link was good enough.

At my house, I have the cable line coming in,

being split about 4 times, and one of those splits being split for the modem...

slows it down quite a bit...

And noone would ph34r darklords p*ssy connection...

(I used to have that too...)
