High rez textures

would the high rez textures work ok on vodoo 3 2000 16mb vid card? just wondering

fs2 runs great on my system, what i meant was the high rez texture pack for TBP

download and find out thats all i can suggest if you have problems simply install the core files again to revert back

I also started on a voodoo3......then went to nvidia 32mb (still worked ok) now I'm on a ATI radeon 64MB (wanted 128 BUT my CPU doesnt have an AGP slot)

FS2 worked on all cards....however if you do a search there was a 3rd party website somewhere (i dont remember where)
that has all kinds of voodoo patches......so go search......

High resolution as in your screen size (1024x768) does work, however, I believe none of the 3DFX cards ever went over 256x256 for texture size. Meantime, nVidia had already gone to 1024x1024 on the TNT. So high res textures no, they will be sized down to 256...high res screen resolution yes.
