Narn Campaign part 1 *Spoilers*
Something I wrote LONG LONG ago.
Might still be used I suppose so beware of spoilers.
Narn Campaign

Mission 1 Pre-Breifing
G'Sten: As you know, yesterday, at 2600 NST, our outpost in Quadrant 14 was destroyed by Centauri forces. This, in combination with several recent acts of violence commited by the Centauri republic, has given us no choice. Earlier today, Ambassador G'kar, speaking for the Kha'Ri, officially declared war against the Centauri Replublic. We are mobilizing. To meet the Centauri threat, and to show that this declaration is not an idle threat, we are going to enter Centauri space and liberate the Colonies in both quadrants 1 and 27. We believe a forcefull, two pronged attack will give the Centauri pause. Much of thier fleet is mothballed and intellegence indicates little resistance in these sectors. We expect uncontested controll of these system within 8 days. To accomplish this we must destroy ALL Centauri resistance. They must NOT be allowed to bring back re-enforcments before our ground troops have landed. Report to your station heads for your assignments and additional breifng.
Mission 1 Breifing
Welcome to Ka'Toc squadron.You all heard Warleader G'Sten. This attack MUST go smoothly if we are to gain a stable foot hold in Centauri space. We will be going to Quadrant 27. You will escort the T'Loth troop carriers V'Nought and Sy"Knar from the jumpgate to within drop range. Failure is not an option. These vessels carry two full divisions of the Regim's finest warriors. Fleet command will have sent in the Dreadnought D'Korith and the Heavy Cruisers Fol'Nay Sku'lah and 'Ful'Yon to take out the colony's primary resistance so you should not encounter any heavy presence at the time we jump in system. For this mission you will be flying the Gorith Interceptor, as remaining targets will most likely be enemy fighter craft. We launch in 2 standard hours. Good luck.
Mission Objectives:
Defend the T'Loth troop Carriers.
Destroy all enemy opposition.
MIssion 1
(T'Loths and Goriths jump in)
G'Sten: (if thier is no G'Sten comms anim his lines will go to the Narn Comms officer.) Welcome to the war gentlemen. We've destroyed the primary resistance but we believe limited re-enforcements are still in system. Let's get those troops planetside.
Narn Pilot: Confirmed Warleader. Moving in now.
(some sentry in system. they attack)
G'sten: Ful'Yon, assume a guard position. Defend the troop carriers.
(they do)
Narn Pilot: Jump point opening! The're coming in right behing the carriers. One Vorchan and... 10 Sentry.
G'Sten: Ful'Yon, Destroy that Vorchan NOW! Ka'Toc squadon, engage those fighters!
(Ful'Yon engages enemy Vorchan. Once all targets are destroyed and Carriers reach drop point mission is completed.)
G'Sten: Excelent work pilots. V'Nought and Sy"Knar, begin deploying ground troops. Ka'Toc squadron, you will accompany me back to fleet opperations in Quadrant 14.
(Jump out. Mission ends.)
*If a T'Loth is lost*
G'Sten: Troop carrier is down. Get to it pilots. We Can't afford to loose the other carrier.
*If both T'Loths are lost*
G'Sten: We've lost both carriers. Prepare for orbital attack. Return to base Ka'Toc squadron.
Mission 1 De-briefing
Success
Good work. We should have uncontested controll of the Quadrant within 7 days. Your protection of our ground troops was exceptional. If we can continue our opperation in Centarui space with similar results we could be at Centauri Prime before the new year. You are releived untill further notice.
Failure
Your performance was pitifull pilots. Without strong ground forces we will be hard pressed to hold this system. You are releived untill further notice.
Mission 2
Mission 2 Pre-Breifing
G'Sten: Though ground fighting continues we have taken both Centauri colomies in Quadrants 1 and 27. We must press this advantage. The attack fleet at Quadrant 1 will regroup with at forces at Quadrant 27. I will take the D'Korith and one Cruiser to Quadrant 32 to test thier defences and gather reconisance data. If we can take this system we will have a direct jump route to Centauri Prime and may end the Reign of the Centauri faster that we had ever anticipated.
Mission 2 Breifing
Warleader G'Sten is going to Quadrant 32. We are going with him. Our objective is not to take the system, but to determine it's defesive capabilities. Thier is one Marcanos class Starbase in system that will doubtless represent the greatest threat to our controll of the system. League sources tell us that though this is a civilian starbase it has been heavily upgraded and has a larger than usual complement of fighters. Our mission will be to approach the base and get detailed scans. The D'Korith will engage hostile vessels in the area to draw fire away from our squadron. Once we have the scans we will jump out.
Mission Objectives:
Gather sensor data on the Marcanos Starbase Weapons.
Gather sensor data on the Marcanos Starbase Communications.
Gather sensor data on the Marcanos Starbase Hanger.
Mission 2
(D'Korith and fighters jump in)
1 Primus Battlecruiser, 12 Sentry and two Vorchans in system
G'Sten: Gunnery, target that Primus. All energy Mines fire prepare to fire. 12 by 181 by 19. FIRE! We'll cover you Ka'Toc squadron. Get those scans.
Narn Pilot: The Starbase is launching fighters! I count a full two dozen! We'll take the fighters Alpha 1. Just get those scans.
(Once scans are finished)
G'Sten: We have the sensor data. Let's get back to the fleet.
(Jump out)

G'Sten: Get those scans pilots. We are taking heavy damage.
Mission 2 De-briefing
Success
The Sensor scans indicate a greater fighter capacity and weapons capability than most Marcano Starbases opperated by the Centauri Republic. We do believe that Quadrant 32 is still an atainable goal and will be sending an attack fleet from Quadrant 1 within the next few days. The sensor data was invaluable to our scope of opperations in this sector. You and your squad are to be commended.
Failure
Without the Sensor readouts of that station we are ill prepare to mount an attack against it. A second recconassance team has already been dispatched. Hopefully they will succeed where you have failed.

Mission 3
Mission 3 Pre-Breifing.
G'Sten: Since our first attack of Quadrant 32 two more small battle fleets have failed to take the sector. This is the first signifigant Centauri resistance te have encountered thus far. Unfortunaly it would appear that to take and hold this ector would require more forces than the Kahri is currently ready to commit. However, we have shown the true might the Narn military. The Centauri are scared and that alone may be worth more than any single victory.
Mission 3 Briefing
Warleader G'Sten is back on Narn consulting with the Kahri. Despite our inability to secure system 32 after three weeks command is still very optomistic. The colonies at Quadrants one and 27 have unconditionally surrendered and our sources in the League indicate that the Centauri are unable to adequatly cover thier front lines due to thier recent losses and a large portion of the Centauri fleet still being mothballed. We are goint to press the advantage by attacking the Republic's fringe worlds, cutting off thier shipping lanes and stemming re-enforcements to the Centauri core worlds. After we have secured these systems we will move inward on all sides, crushing our former masters. Our first target is Jux Prime. We were re-enforced two hours ago by the fifth fleet returning from Quadrant 32. This opperation has a large attack window as the enemy will be unable to re-enforce the system for quite some time. Therefore we will destroy all the immediate targets, garrison the system while we await ground troops, and send the bulk of the attack fleet on to the next target, Polgrath. To guarantee the liberation of Jux Prime, and to prevent our forces from being cut off, we must de-activate the jump gate leading from Jux Prime to Quadrant 17. After immediate targets have been destroyed a shuttle will board the jump gate and de-activate it. We must guard this shuttle from any additional Centauri Forces. G'Quon be with you pilots.
Mission 3 Objectives.
Defend the shuttle untill the jump gate can be de-activated.
Mission 3
(4 G-Quons, 2 T'Nor and 24 fighters jump in.)
5 Vorchans and 12 Sentry in system.
Narn Officer: Vorchan Battle Group and Fighter escort in system. Approaching our position. Hold here Ka'Toc squadron. Do not attack at this time. All vessels, commence energy mine bombardment. Coordinates 77 by 5 by 134. Fire at will.
(Narn Vessels fire energy mines)
Narn Pilot: Vorchans are in Primary weapons range now. Should we engage?
Narn Officer: Affermitive Ka'Toc Squadron. All vessels, cease Energy mine fire. Divert power to primary weapons.
(Once Vorchans are destroyed.)
Narn Officer: Primary targets destroyed. Jumping to Polgrath. Cruiser U'Losk remain behind to oversee the de-activation of the jump gate.
(all Narn cruiser except U'Losk Jump out. U'Losk launches shuttle or shuttle jumps in.)
Narn Pilot: assume defensive posture around that shuttle.
(3 Vorchans jump in.)
Narn Pilot: More Vorchans jumpin in. Take out those Plasma Accelerators before they can fire!
New Mission Objective: Destroy Plasma Accelerators.
*If U'Losk is destroyed*
*Narn Pilot: Fleet Command, the U'Losk has been destroyed by a second Vorchan battle group. Can you send re-enforcements?*
*Narn Officer: We have engaged the enemy. You will have to hold your own untill the T'Loths arrive.)*
(Mission is over when all Vorchans have been destroyed and Jump gate has been deactivated)
Pilot 1: The jump gate has been deactivated. The ground troops will be here in minutes. Proceed to the Polgrath Jump Gate. We will meet up with the battle group and come back with re-enforcements.

Mission 3 De-breifing
Success
Excellent work. Our ground troops have begun the fight on Jux Prime and the Polgrath defences has been defeated. In addition we have severed Quadrant 17 from the core of the Centauri Republic. A substantial portion of the Centauri Battle fleet was stationed there and will now have to pass through League and Vorlon space to re-enter the Republic. This being unlikely in the extreme we have sucessfully divided the Centuri forces in this sector.
Failure
Due to the loss of our boarding party the jump gate could not be de-activated and Centari re-enorcement are already en-rout from quadrant 17. It is doubtfull we will be able to maintain a foot hold in either the Jux Prime or Polgraths systems. Don't expect any more high profile assignments.

*The destruction of the U'Losk is unfortunate. We had hoped to maintain a presence in the Jux Prime sector without additional re-enforcements.*
*If U'Losk is not destroyed*
*Your defence of both the boarding party and U'Losk cruiser was exemplory. You can expect even more challenging assignments in the future.*

Mission 6
Mission 6 Pre-Briefing
G'Sten: After heavy losses we were forced to abandon the assault on Raghesh 3. Unfortunate though this is, we now know that the Centauri forces are stretching thin. Diverting forces from Centauri Prime is either an act of desperation, or the Centari have managed to get a good deal more of thier ships out of mothballs than inteligence believes. We are therefore going to join the battle fleet in Polgrath for an attack on Quadrant 8. Though we believe that quadrant will be heavily fortifed, the combined might of our battle fleets will be more than enough to dispatch any opposition.
Mission 6 Briefing
The attack will be executed on two fronts. The Polgrath fleet will jump in above the stratosphere of the system's colony Serigos 12 and begin launching troops. Our fleet, commander by Warleader G'Sten will jump to the system's refueling and cargo yard where we belive the heaviest resistance will be located.
Mission objectives:
Eliminated all hostiles
Mission 6
(1 Bintak Dreadnought, 7 G'Quons, and 24 fighters jump in.)
No Enemy ships in system. (Motionless fuel ships and cargo crates in the immediate are)
Narn Officer: We are not reading any hostiles in area. The system is empty.
G'Sten: Have the T'Loths start dropping troops. What do we lave on long range scanners?
Narn Officer: Nothing sir.
G'Sten: Fighters, starts patrolling the area. I don't want any surprises...
Narn Pilot: Ay sir moving out. Alpha 1, I'm reading a slight energy signature at co-ordinates 88 by 32 by 2. Could be a recent jump site.Go check it out. See if you can get some more detailed scans.
New Mission Objective:
Investige energy signature.
(once player has reached coordinates a Vorchan jumps in.)
Narn Pilot: One Vorchan jumping in. Hang on Alpha one. Were on our way.
G'Sten: Destroy the communications systems on that Vorchan Pilot. If there are additional Centauri re-enforcements in system we don't want them notified of our presence.
New Mission Objective:
Destroy Vorchan's Comm system.
(mission ends when Vorchan is destroyed)
Narn Officer: The first of our troop transports have landed. We are reciving a communication from the planet.
Centauri: As a token of respect from the Centauri Republic we humbly offer our unconditional surrender.
G'Sten: Your surrender is accepted Serigos. Stand by to recieve additional ground troops.
G'Sten: Cruiser Ra'Zan head back to Polgrath with Ka'Toc squadron. I want you to support the garrison there. The Centauri may just be getting slopy but I want to cover our avenue of escape nonetheless.
*If Vorchan's comm system is not destroyed withing 60 seconds*
*The Vorchan is sending a signal. Recording for analasis.*
*Narn Pilot: Take down that ship pilots! We can't have them sending anymore signals.

Mission 7 Pre-briefing
G'Sten: The Centauri have yet to respond to our attack on Quadrant 8. It would appear either that thier forces are else where, preparing a counter attack, or that they are waiting for us in Marigol. As a precaution we are re-enforcing our defensive forces at Quadrant 37 with reserves from T'Llin and Marothas well as several components of the battle fleet at Quadrant 8. Once our scouts return from Marigol, we will begin making preperations to attack and secure this side of the sector. However without knowledge of the Centauri forces in that sector, or the reason for thier withdrawl from Quadrant 8, It would be foolhardy to push further in to the Rebublic's core systems. We will wait for the Centauri to make the next move.

Success

Failure
The loss of Quadrant 37 is a detriment to this war effort. If we cannot maintain our holdings we have no chance of winning this war.

Mission 6
Mission 6 Pre-Briefing
G'Sten: After heavy losses we were forced to abandon the assault on Raghesh 3. Unfortunate though this is, we now know that the Centauri forces are stretching thin. Diverting forces from Centauri Prime is either an act of desperation, or the Centari have managed to get a good deal more of thier ships out of mothballs than inteligence believes. We are therefore going to join the battle fleet in Polgrath for an attack on Quadrant 8. Though we believe that quadrant will be heavily fortifed, the combined might of our battle fleets will be more than enough to dispatch any opposition.
Mission 6 Briefing
The attack will be executed on two fronts. The Polgrath fleet will jump in above the stratosphere of the system's colony Serigos 12 and begin launching troops. Our fleet, commander by Warleader G'Sten will jump to the system's refueling and cargo yard where we belive the heaviest resistance will be located.
Mission objectives:
Eliminated all hostiles
Mission 6
(1 Bintak Dreadnought, 7 G'Quons, and 24 fighters jump in.)
No Enemy ships in system. (Motionless fuel ships and cargo crates in the immediate are)
Narn Officer: We are not reading any hostiles in area. The system is empty.
G'Sten: Have the T'Loths start dropping troops. What do we lave on long range scanners?
Narn Officer: Nothing sir.
G'Sten: Fighters, starts patrolling the area. I don't want any surprises...
Narn Pilot: Ay sir moving out. Alpha 1, I'm reading a slight energy signature at co-ordinates 88 by 32 by 2. Could be a recent jump site.Go check it out. See if you can get some more detailed scans.
New Mission Objective:
Investige energy signature.
(once player has reached coordinates a Vorchan jumps in.)
Narn Pilot: One Vorchan jumping in. Hang on Alpha one. Were on our way.
G'Sten: Destroy the communications systems on that Vorchan Pilot. If there are additional Centauri re-enforcements in system we don't want them notified of our presence.
New Mission Objective:
Destroy Vorchan's Comm system.
(mission ends when Vorchan is destroyed)
Narn Officer: The first of our troop transports have landed. We are reciving a communication from the planet.
Centauri: As a token of respect from the Centauri Republic we humbly offer our unconditional surrender.
G'Sten: Your surrender is accepted Serigos. Stand by to recieve additional ground troops.
G'Sten: Cruiser Ra'Zan head back to Polgrath with Ka'Toc squadron. I want you to support the garrison there. The Centauri may just be getting slopy but I want to cover our avenue of escape nonetheless.
*If Vorchan's comm system is not destroyed withing 60 seconds*
*The Vorchan is sending a signal. Recording for analasis.*
*Narn Pilot: Take down that ship pilots! We can't have them sending anymore signals.

G'Sten: Now that we have succured our holdings we must go back on the offensive. We believe the Centauri have massed the bulk of their forces in Marigol. We are therefore preparing to attack Batain. I will remain in Quadrant 8, to prepare for the inevitable counter attack from Marigol. Captain G'Bek is taking control of the Flagship D'Korith to lead the attack on Batain. I have complete faith in his ability as a leader and a tactitian.
Mission 8 Briefing
Batain is relatively unprotected due to the Centauri's presence in the Marigol system. Though they are not yet fully re-enforced the battle group is going to attack the system before the Centauri can divert forces from Marigol or Centauri Prime to defend Batain. We will reach Batain roughly twenty minutes behind Captain G'Beck. I want all fighters launched and ready to engage before we leave hyperspace.
Mission Objectives
Prepare to engage hostiles.
Mission 8
(1 G'Quon and 6 fighters in Hyperspace Jump marker is visible 15,000 meters from current position.)
Narn Officer: ETA to Batain 14 minutes...
Narn Pilot: I'm picking up an energy reading a few klicks off the marker. Ka'Toc squadron, follow me, but keep it tight. Don't want anyone getting lost out here. We will scout ahead and advise command.
(Centauri Battle fleet composed of 1 Octurion, 8 Primus, 12 Vorchan, and 32 Sentry are 7,000 meters from jump marker and moving toward it.)
Narn Pilot" Command, we are detecting a VERY large Centauri battle fleet closing on the Batian jump marker. 1 Octurion, 4 Primus, 8 Vorchan, and 24 Sentry.
Narn Officer: We have to slow them down to buy us time to warn the fleet. Ka'Toc squadron, target the engines of that Octurion. They're only as fast as thier slowest ship. Once the Octurion's engines are down, head for the Batain jump marker and warn the fleet. We'll be right behind you.
New Mission objectives:
Destroy Octurion's engines before it can jump into the Batain system.
Warn Narn battle fleet.
*If Octurions engines are destroyed*
*Narn Pilot: Good Job pilots. Lets get to Batain.*

Narn Pilot: With the Octurion crippled the fleet should have enough time to act before the Centauri jump in. They will get they're engines back up and running soon though, and the battle will already be joined in Batain, so be ready for anything once we're in system.

Narn Pilot: Because you jumped without first destroying the Octurions engines we will have only seconds to warn the fleet before the Centauri jump in. Your cowardace has endangered the entire Narn Regime.

Narn Pilot: Because the Centauri were able to jump in system before we could warn the fleet our battle group will probably not survive. Your cowardace has endangered the entire Narn Regime.
Mission 9

1 Kraken Starbase (is this on the list?), 12 Sentri and 20 Mines are in system.
Nanr Pilot 1: Command, thier is a large battle fleet closing on this position. Thier command ship is disabled and our carrier, the Ja'Wit is trying to buy you some time but they should be here in minutes.
Narn Officer: Understood Ka'Toc Squadron. Helm. Take us out from the station, 88 by 68 by12, all vessels, come to just within Enegy Mine and torpedo range of that Kraken Starbase. All fighters. Intercept and destroy that Centauri squadron.
New Mission objective:
Destroy all Enemy fighters.
(once Narn fleet is in position, Centauri Vorchans and fighters from previuos level jump in on opposite side of the station.)
Narn Officer: Here they come. All vessels concentrate energy mines fire on these coordinates. 88 by 14 by 48. You had better get as far away from the Centauri as you can Ka'Toc squadron. That are is going to be like the center of the sun in a minute.
Narn Pilot: Understood. Looks like destroying the Octurions engines did the trick. They're having to come through in groups or risk losing the station. Be ready for the cruisers to jump in next.
Narn Officer: Its likely they will call off any additional re-enforcements if they believe the Station has been lost. Ka'Tok squadron, destroy the comm systems of that Starbase.
New objective
Destroy Kraken Starbase's Comm
(in 5 minutes, 5 Primus's from previous level jump in)
Narn Pilot: Here come They're capital ships. Looks like the Ja'Wit didn't make it...
In 30 seconds...
Narn Officer: We're not getting enough yield from the energy mines. Close to primary weapons distance.
(in 5 minutes, 5 more Primus's from previous level jump in)
That's all the cruisers we saw in hyperspace. All thats left is the Octurion.
(in 5 minutes the Octurion from the previus level jumps in.)
Narn Pilot: Looks like that Octurion got it's engines running again.
Narn Officer: We can still take the system but we will need additional ships from Coutor. Ka'Toc Squadron, go with the Cruiser Yen'Liff (a T'Nor) to Courtor and send her back with the reserves.

Success
Though the Centauri had heavy losses, we were forced to abandon the Batain system and retreat to Courtor. Under the curcumstances thier was nothing you could have done, and your quick thinking while in hyper space saved many Narn lives. Lossing Batain is unfortunate but not detrimental. Tommarro we begin heading back to Quadrant 8 where we will meet Warleader G'Sten and prepare to attack the Marigol system.
Failure
Though the Centauri had heavy losses, we were forced to abandon the Batain system and retreat to Courtor. The loss of the Batain system is a detriment to the entirety of the war effort. If the Starbase had not been able to call for re-enforcements, it is likely we would have been able to hold the system long enough for the reserves from Courtor to arrive. Your tactical ignorance and failure to follow orders have led fleet command to revolt your flight status indefinatly.

Fuzzy, I will read your story once I get back home. I believe you used a name generator which produces narn names since you have G'Sten there.
