Campaign Question....
Can anyone recommend some good FS2 campaigns?
The longer the better.
Also, does anyone know anything about the Shades of Light campaign by Shadowman? I've read about it (it sounds great)but I can't find a link to DL it anywhere.
Thanks

I play for about 5 or 6 hours a day. I'm stuck at home for a while, until my back heals.

I liked Derelict. It almost felt as if I was playing a official add-on pack for Freespace 2.
The only thing I missed where voice-acting, othervice its one of the greatest campaigns created to date; its about to be beaten soon by The Babylon Project, B.W.O, The Machina Terra Project, Over the Top and onwards....
Remember to check the two primary Freespace 2 sites for news; the Freespace Watch website ( http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/ ), and 3D-action-planet`s Hard Light Productions website ( http://www.3dap.com/hlp/ ). Splendid sites indeed for anything freespace.
Also remember to visit the official sites and forums for some of the best freespace mods and total convertion`s to date. I recomend the sites for B.W.O ( http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/ ), The Machina Terra Project ( http://terra.sourceforge.net/ ), Over the Top ( http://www.3dap.com/hlp/hosted/ott/ ), and the superb Babylon Five total conversion site; The Babylon Project ( http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/babylon/ ).
If you want to download the older campaigns like Derelict and Warzone, go to http://archives.volitionwatch.com/ , they have a huge archive that will please every Freespace-fans hunger for more Freespace.

By the way; Derelict is one of the longest campaigns as well, over 44 missions long (!). Thats almost as much as the original game (I cant remember how many missions that was, tough).

The FS2 campaign has about 32 missions. I personally think Warzones better than Derelict, but they're both worth the download. Twilight werth playing also.

Why not visit the Time of Change website?

Derelict is the longest one I can think of.
Warzone is about half as long but just as good.
Both are worth the download

If Derelict had had the kind of production money that the original game had, I think would have been as good as FS2. I liked how it took you from being a nobody pilot out in the middle of nowhere to leading the strike to save the good guys.
Allied Forces is another one that I thought was pretty good.
