Thumbs up

Nice. Very nice. It is good, that there are people which make campaigns for B5.

But there are some remarks.

1. Mission 8 falls with the following mistake:

Error:ai_find_path tring to find a path (25) that doesn't exsist, on ship IO Station

2. For mission 9 I recommend to use Whitestar (C).
3. For arrived ShadowBattlecrab to use no warp effect.
4. Also there is a necessity to work above nebula background.

the error on mission 8, doest it happen if and after the Io station is destroyed?

Does the whitestar c move slower? I think i tested it in one of my missions.

The battlecrab warp I put on as a last resort. Ideally I would prefer for it to have a unique warr effect like in the series where it shimmers (flickers) into normal space. I also have the shadow scream sound effect which i would like assigning to the battle crab when it passes near the player - any ideas?

Dont understand what you mean about the nebula. I tried using the new hi-res nebulas and planets which are available for download but when I installed them it took off all my nebulas and planets. The current nebulas and planets in TBP & Freespace 2 are really low res, it would graphically enhance the mod even more if new high res and high quality nebulas and planets become avialable.

Thanks for the feedback, if anyone else has any problems or comments please let me know

Shaun

Oh, this mistake appears when I use fs2_open_env2. With 01_20_2004_fs2_open_r mission goes normally.

About warp effect for Battlecrab. This question to those who is engaged SCP. Possible to use various warp effects for the various ships?

I meant an arrangement nebula in space. Well, if action occurs in Solar system there should not be nebula. And two sun.

The nebula is situated nearby 2 neighbouring solar systems. The actual nebula isn’t part of the solar system and the two suns are far far away. I decided to make 2 suns visible in the nebula for better lighting. This is explained more in the final release, all missions are part of (the big picture) but I had to change them about a bit for the 10 mission mini campaign.

Here is the actual brief from Wake up call ( this was available as single mission download from May 2003, but it has now been taken off and the mini campaign is available for download.)

The Velti Nebula

2 carriers and their battlewagon are passing through the Velti Nebula. This Nebula is very volatile and sensor range is very short and sometimes glitchy. It is an ideal cover for the raiders, but it is also an ideal opportunity for us. We are going to surprise attack them while inside the nebula, using a squadron of star furies led by Lt. Susan Ivanova (Delta Leader).

The battlewagon and carriers won't be able to jump out whilst inside the nebula. Like we said it is very volatile, major damage could be done to the whole nebula if a jump point is opened inside it. It's like one big cloud of gas. One portion goes and the whole lot goes. If things get hot, they might try to jump out. Make sure this doesn’t happen, or you will know about it.

I am also a 3d modeller, artist designer & animator check out shaunsgallery.co.uk it hasn’t been updated for a while but a few pics are available.
