R2 glowmaps ?

just wondering...has anyone ever made a glowmap pack for the R2 ships ?
I only have the TBP_open pack from Bob for the R1 ships.

Nope... at least not yet.

I'm sure that in time there will be glowmaps for R2 ships as well.

Well, then I'm tempted to make some myself.
As far as I understood the process, I just need to extract the maps, alter them the way Bob explained, add a "-glow" to the name and put it in the maps folder, right ?

yes, though you could also just put them in the main FS folder

I think I had some glow maps made for R2 in the TBP_Open2

Was that released ? If yes, where would I find it ?
But I also remember some screenshots (by Xaphod I think) of a glowing G'Quan. But that was a preview for R2 and to show of the then new glowmaps.

wasn't me. I haven't taken any screenshots with TBP_OPEN. I don't think I've taken any of the G'Quan at all.

EDIT: Stupid me, I found it
on a side note, since now most glowmaps are done, I started with creating some proper shine maps. i'll show you, when I got some results.
