They will eventually but not for a long while.
Next on the agenda is the Release 2.1 patch containing various modifications to table files and including a few final EA/Minbari ships in particular as well as a campaign and several more missions.
After this Release 3 should concentrate on the Narn/Centauri and the remaining younger races (e.g. the League worlds, etc.).
Then comes Release 4 that will concentrate on the Shadows/Vorlons and the other First Ones, Thirdspace Aliens, Drakh, etc.
After this all fan-ships, AoG stuff (including the Dilgar ships) will be done if there is enough support for them - sorry for the wait!
At least this is the plan for now...

iactually had heard that they were not going to include dilgar ships as there aren't enoguh solid references. (there are LOTS of refs but they are all different)
that and the fact that the dilgar would only be used once for a very short time and then left to collect dust.

They're extinct - the only thing they're part of is the star of their home system that went nova. (Except for Jha'Dur, Deathwalker, their most infamous leader, that orbits Epsilon 3 as a small debris field.)

I am a post count weenie.
Actually last I heard Tomcat particularly wanted to do the dilgar ships. The AOG references are the ones that can generally be considered to be the most canon.

Dilgar is in the plans, but not any time soon. Expecting them in R2 or R3 is pure insanity. It takes us enough time per ship as it is...

WOW! THAT made alot of sense.
so what you're saying is that the Dilgar are part of their star and that Deathwalker is and ateroid feild orbiting Epsilon 3?

He's saying that if you bothered to watch Season 1 ( ), you'd know that the Dilgar were confined to their home system after they were defeated and that their star went nova, effectively rendering their entire species dead. Except for Jha'dur, who was sheltered by a Minbari group for decades who then offered an immortality serum to Earth when she arrived at Babylon 5. The clump of debris refers to the Vorlon dreadnought that utterly destroyed her ship on depature of Babylon 5.

Of course I'm just assuming their solar system being the right kind for their planet to be consumed by stellar mass when the fireworks happened. It's assuming a lot and unscientific, but I just got the idea when someone asked if they were "part" of something... And yes and no, I didn't say "asteroid" field, just debris, with the mass of one minbari flyer and a passenger.

Were their ships able to jump into hiperspace? if so a good amount of em could have gotten into another system and made a bace by the middle of the 4th season they could, if there were a good number of em that made it off into hiperspace have a sizeable population on a planet inbetween borders.

That his a good idea for a dilgar campaign...
Perhaps they could start a new war on the EA for defeating them....

To answer your first question, yes the Dilgar had Jump technology.
As for the second part, the entire Dilgar race is dead. Following the destruction of their entire fleet in the Battle of Omelos (the Dilgar home system), the Dilgar were effectively blockaded into their own home planet never allowing any ship to enter or leave it. This blockade was put into effect by forces of both the League and the EA. Since the Dilgar never told any other race their sun was going nova, when it started to break apart the police fleets enforcing the bloackade had but a matter of minutes to escape into hyperspace before being destroyed, rendering any kind of evacuation or rescue of the Dilgar futile. Aside of Deathwalker, their entire race was destroyed by the explosion and as mentioned above, Deathwalker was killed during the first season of B5 by a Vorlon Dreadnought as she was leaving for Earth.
On the other hand, if you are interested in a semi-canon storyline involving the Dilgar post Dilgar War you can expand on the idea created for the defunct Sierra space sim B5: Into the Fire. I say semi-canon because I understand B5 creator JMS was either part of creating this storyline or actually wrote it himself. I'm uncertain if this was just part of the campaign or if there was more than one campaign in the game.
In the game's stroryline, the player's Omega Destroyer was patrolling Quadrant 14 (the old area of B4) when that time disruption sent it hurling to the past. The Destroyer appears during the opening stages of the Dilgar War during a Dilgar assault on a small Narn outpost. The identity of the Dilgar as the destroyers of this outpost was never discovered by the Narn (because if they knew the Dilgar were responsible they would have never aided them during the Dilgar War). The player and his shipmates defend the outpost and change history by saving it. At this point, no one had even heard of the EA save for the Markab and a few races near EA space.
When the player returns to the present, history has been changed. The EA was sought out by the Narn instead of the Alacans to enter the Dilgar War much earlier than originally happened. The Dilgar were still defeated but since the Narn had entered the war officially on behalf of the League/EA allies, their enemies the Centauri allied with the Dilgar and provided them with a place to form a second home once Omelos was destroyed. The Minbari War was far less bloody, there was no Battle of the Line, and the Babylon Project was developed in cooperation between the EA, Minbari and Narn. The Dilgar had allied themselves with Pres. Clark during the EA Civil War but again were defeated. At this point in time in the present, the Shadow War ended, the ISA has been formed, the Centauri are getting all rowdy again along with their allies, the Dilgar, and they would be the enemies to face in this timeline.
If you wanted to make a campaign based on this story arc I think it would make for a unique set of missions, pitting the EA/Minbari/Narn/League/ISA vs Centauri/Dilgar/Dra'kh. Seeing Warlocks, G'Quans and Sharlins taking on Primus and Mishakurs. Frankly I feel it would be a very interesting alternate timeline to develop. Though this campaign would have to be made in the far distant future after the AoG designs have been developed for all the races.
