enabling the fighter beams with SCP

just to let you guys know before someone asks but to enable the fighter beams of bobboaus just extract the weapons table and replace the minbari neutron thinger with this entry

hey, there was a posable bug I asked some people to test for me but they never did, I need someone who has both a very fast computer and a very slow one to run a mission with fighter beams on both and tell me if the beams kill (notisably) faster on the fast comp than the slow one

I have a Athlon XP1700+ and an AMD K6-450.
