Unwarp crushes

More problem with Lith Unwarp. When the quantity of the nominated materials is more then 24, programm crushes when I saving model. Prompt please, what it can be.

Thanks.

One more problem. When I nominate 2 or some more gorups to one material, it group is not visible in fred and fs2_open (using HTL), but it visible in MODVIEW and Lith only. I can not understand it. Please help.

Groups are collections of polygons that are treated as one geometric object. Generally your 3d modelling package will save your model such that polygons which are part of the same single solid object are included in the same group. This is fine and dandy. Thus there is no real reason to change a polygon's group.
