 When will Summoner 1.40 patch be available to download seperately?

Currently the only way to get this version is to go to multiplayer online. I want to download the patch seperately, in case I ever uninstall the game and have to reinstall, and multiplayer servers are no longer there. Please make 1.40 patch downloadable seperately.
