You only needs to check how large those images are (was it 128x128, not sure, please check it), then you need a some sort picture modification program (Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop etc.) and then do that image, set it as 256 colors and save as .pcx formate. Lastly put it on data\players\images\ and done, it should appear as choice for face.
In VWA there was at least few ready images for FS1, but aint sure are they there anymore. archives.volitionwatch.com
