Summoner 1 - Palace

I have the four rings and must find Yago but I forgot how to get to the palace where Yago is . I can't go up from the aquaducts becase the elevator isn't working. Can somebody help me?

Oh. I think you can go the normal way: Through the Marketplace, Crown District, Temple Plaza, Palace Plaza, and then the Palace via the front door....

You have to go through the market place.

If you go the longer way through the market place not the crown district, i think you can pick up a gaurdian heater shield (best in the game)
